Abstract

This research aims to analyze the diversification, mergers and acquisitions of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. The results show that the diversification analysis was developed with various objectives including increasing growth when the existing market/product has reached a maturity stage, maintaining stability by spreading the risk of profit fluctuations, increasing credibility in the capital market, to avoid dependence on a single item or product in circulation. in the market, fulfill the wishes of unsatisfied consumers, increase the attractiveness or interest of consumers, increase sales turnover, increase profits by using the same ingredients, and prevent consumer boredom. Abstract

To turn innovative ideas into viable businesses, an entrepreneur collects and brings together all the essential resources, such as money, people, business model, strategy and willingness to take risks. The marketing mix consists of four elements: product, price, location and promotion. Promotion as part of the marketing mix has a number of obstacles in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing message to be conveyed. As a result, the concept of integrated marketing communication emerged, which integrates several marketing communication strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of integrated marketing messages. An entrepreneur's ability to sell his brand will be aided by the knowledge, understanding and application of integrated marketing communications. The purpose of this study is to conduct a theoretical investigation of the relationship between entrepreneurship and integrated marketing communication as a marketing promotion approach. If done right, integrated marketing communications can help entrepreneurs introduce, form a positive impression, and retain clients for their companies. Abstract

The creation of entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs) is an alternative solution to various problems in society such as poverty and social inequality, increasing unemployment of productive age and depleting energy supplies, all of which require creative and innovative actions. Entrepreneurship is people who are able to turn an opportunity into a profitable business, which is processed through creativity, innovation and uniqueness in making a product and dares to take all possible risks that come with it and does not make it easy to despair if it fails in building the business. In this case, the author examines that entrepreneurship participates in the development of the country, digital-based entrepreneurship utilizes increasingly sophisticated technology, digital-based entrepreneurship as a solution in reducing the unemployment rate, the number of unemployed in Indonesia, entrepreneurship is something that must be instilled by young people and the people of Indonesia. Abstract

The reason for this study was to decide the effect of Coronavirus on stock exchange volume and stock costs. The object of this exploration is a gathering of transportation organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The populace in this study is 42 transportation organizations. What's more, the example utilized is upwards of 20 organizations. This study utilizes optional information. Abstract

Business is a movement to satisfy needs that are overwhelmingly popular by many gatherings. Business venture today has encountered a change in direction from one benefit to another situated to be a social mission. Social business venture/social business exercises viewed as an option in taking care of monetary issues social. As a country where most individuals are Muslims what's more, considering the inescapable development of social business venture, then Islamic financial matters accompanies a perspective on data about the connection between friendly business and the upsides of Islamic regulation. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the utilization of zakat carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada (DDW) in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT through0the achievement scholarship program has been running optimally or not. The0purpose of this study is to find0out how the zakat utilization mechanism is applied by DDW, especially in the merit scholarship program in the Dompet Dhuafa Waspada2 North Sumatra, and to find out how the impact of awarding merit scholarships has on increasing the entrepreneurial desire of the scholarship beneficiaries which leads to the conclusion whether the utilization of scholarships is beneficial. What is done by the underprivileged wallet is alert that it is optimal or not optimal. This study use a descriptive approach0with the type of research is qualitative, so0the data analysis used is0descriptive qualitative0analysis. The results of this study indicate that the achievement scholarship program run by DDW in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT has been running optimally. It is evident from the amount of funds obtained since 2017-2020 which has increased, as well as all the efforts they have made to make this program better and more effective. Then this achievement scholarship program has also resulted in significant changes to the lives of the scholarship beneficiaries, starting from the assistance in education costs, increasing skills and knowledge about entrepreneurship. However, there is still a need for further improvements in the implementation of this program so that this program continues to improve and be more optimal. Abstract

This research is about strategies and optimizing the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah at the Ar Rahman Orphanage in Medan City. This study started from the author's observations of social care embodied by zakat, infaq and sadaqah as a form of a Muslim's faith to help ease the burden of Muslims, thus making the Muslims prosperous. The purpose of this research is to find out the constraints and efforts as well as strategies in optimizing ZIS funds. The method used in this study uses a descriptive method, namely by collecting interview data, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the Ar-Rahman Orphanage in Medan City in the strategy of increasing fundraising has 3 strategies, namely the first program strategy which consists of 7 main programs, namely humanitarian programs, orphans and poor self-reliance programs, da'wah programs, educational programs, economic programs, utilization programs, and health programs. In addition to these programs in the Infaq Sadaqah program there is one program called Ifsoh bound. . The obstacles faced in implementing the marketing strategy of the Ar-Rahman Orphans House in Medan City, are the lack of knowledge about zakat in the community, then many people do not understand zakat, infaq, alms through the Orphans and Dhuafa Institutions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the promotion mix on the marketing of goods and services as well as the forms of construction services that exist at PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. The type of method in this research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach that is directed to be explained in greater detail about the actual situation that occurs in the field. This study also conducted direct interviews addressed to the Director of the company PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. This study shows the results that the promotion mix has not been implemented by employees so that it does not have a significant effect on service marketing, this is evidenced by their marketing method which only uses three components contained in the promotion mix. Abstract

Decision making is an alternative solution to the selection process to solve a problem. Leaders depend entirely on the provision of technical and conceptual skills. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. A literature review is a systematic, unambiguous, and reproducible approach to data collection techniques or materials in this journal design that are derived from literature research. The findings show that the decision-making process of an organization requires attention to the stages that must be passed, appropriate decision-making techniques to be applied, attention to factors that influence decision-making to produce good decisions and achieve organizational goals. Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Role of Financial Management as Accountability in Spending Village Funds According to Government Accounting Standards in Bah Jambi III Village, Tanah Jawa District, Simalungun Regency. Method The approach in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data sources used are primary data obtained by interviews and direct observation and secondary data obtained from related documents. The research location is located in Bah Jambi III Village, Tanah Jwa District, Simalungun Regency. The results of this study indicate that (1) The village financial management mechanism is regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which explains that there are 5 cycles of financial management mechanisms, namely. planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability. (2) While the obstacles faced by the village government are low human resource capacity, disbursement of village funds, government. (3) In Application of Government Accounting Standards No. 01 in village financial accountability.
